3D Wellness Retreats
3D Wellness Retreats is a subsidiary of an existing wellness-focused marketing brand, and we were brought on to design a 10-page e-commerce website where users could easily browse and purchase tickets to their in-person and virtual retreats.
These retreats focus on guided activities, self-reflection, and healing-centered workshops, so the website needed to feel calm, supportive, and inspiring—while still functioning as a strong e-commerce platform. The client already had an established brand, so the challenge was creating something that felt visually related, but distinct enough to stand on its own as a unique offering.
The main challenge was striking that balance between continuity and individuality. The new site had to visually nod to the parent brand without feeling like a direct clone. It also needed to handle some important technical requirements, like ticket sales, user account management, and an affiliate program—all without overwhelming the user. Since many people exploring wellness retreats may be new to this kind of offering, the user experience had to feel intuitive and grounded, making the retreat options and booking process as seamless as possible.
We started by pulling in subtle visual cues from the parent brand—like color accents and font pairings—but softened the overall aesthetic to reflect the more introspective, healing nature of the retreats. The e-commerce structure was designed to prioritize clarity, allowing users to easily explore upcoming events, read detailed descriptions, and purchase tickets with confidence. We also built a custom affiliate program that allowed users to register, generate unique discount codes, and track their referrals—all baked into the site’s backend. The result is a calm, welcoming platform that supports both the community and the business in equal measure.
