Universal Neurocare offers a range of specialized neurological services, including NeuroStar TMS Therapy, TBI rehabilitation, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and ongoing research programs. They needed a 13-page website that clearly communicated their areas of expertise while staying accessible and easy to navigate for both patients and referring professionals. The focus was on clarity—streamlining the site to ensure that users could quickly understand what Universal Neurocare offers and how to take the next step.
The original website had an overwhelming amount of information that wasn’t well-organized, making it difficult for users to find what they needed. On top of that, one of their brand colors was far too light for readability, especially in body text and key areas of the site. There were also missed opportunities to guide users with strong calls to action and supporting visuals that reflected the quality and professionalism of their care.
We began by editing and organizing content to focus on what really mattered—making space for detailed service information while cutting out unnecessary or repetitive text. We refreshed the color palette to be more visually accessible, adjusting hues for better contrast and easier reading across all devices. On the homepage, we introduced strong CTAs and high-quality imagery to help guide users and bring warmth to the clinical content. The end result is a clean, informative, and user-friendly website that represents Universal Neurocare’s advanced services in a way that feels both trustworthy and approachable.
