Results Diagnostics brought me on to design their very first website—an 8-page build focused on clearly communicating their diagnostic services while maintaining a professional and polished presence. They offer a range of testing, including UTI, STI, respiratory, ABR, and toxicology testing, all with the goal of early disease detection and supporting more personalized healthcare.
The client already had a logo they were happy with and wanted the site to reflect a clean, bright, medical aesthetic. After conducting a competitive analysis, we identified key elements their target audience expected to see—like clear service breakdowns, easy contact options, and a strong sense of credibility and organization.
The challenge here was building everything from scratch in a way that looked trustworthy, felt intuitive to navigate, and aligned with industry expectations. Since the client didn’t have an existing website or content strategy, we had to be especially thoughtful about what information went where and how it was presented. We wanted the site to feel immediately informative but never overwhelming, especially since users might be coming to it with a sense of urgency or concern about their health. It also needed to be visually clean and credible, without feeling cold or too clinical.
We collaborated closely with a content writer provided by the client to ensure that all service details were presented clearly and were easy to access across the site. We focused on a design that emphasized whitespace, legibility, and logical navigation so users could quickly find what they needed—whether it was information about testing types, how to get results, or where to book an appointment. The final site strikes a balance between being highly functional and visually bright, giving Results Diagnostics a strong foundation to grow from.
